A confidence-and-transparency arc runs from Art Collision's seamless digital compositing (a younger, less confident Bernard, inclined to obscure) through World War One's visible-seam paint-compositing (increased confidence, showing the work rather than hiding it) to the archive's own radical transparency — raw unedited transcripts, honest-failure logging — as the fullest expression of that same growth. This is a process-dependent discovery visible only now, not a claim about original 2022 intent.
